How to Join

One of the most fascinating things about golf is how it reflects the cycle of life. No matter what you shoot – the next day you have to go back to the first tee and begin all over again and make yourself into something.” – Peter Jacobsen

Application Process

Upon initial enquiry, prospective members with golf privileges will be advised of category availability and the playing privileges relating to each category.

A completed application form is to be submitted to the Club, which is to be accompanied by name of an eligible Proposer. The applicant will be invited to attend an interview and upon approval to join, a non refundable deposit is to be paid and processing of the application will commence. The applicants information will be displayed on our website and on the membership noticeboard for a total of 7 days.

The application will be tabled at the Board meeting scheduled for the end of the month and once approved, an Induction appointment with the applicant will be scheduled. The new member induction is compulsory when applying for membership as it allows an opportunity to understand the Club operations and expectation of you being a new member and also what you may expect from the Club in return in its offerings.

Entrance Fee and Subscription invoices will be discussed at the Induction with payment plans options provided or payment taken at the end of the appointment. As per clause 7.7.4 of the Constitution, payment is required within one month from the date of the notice of admission.

Fee Structure

Applicants will be invoiced from their commencement date for the full year’s Subscription and sundry costs. Once within the membership, we offer several payment options with a monthly direct debit method which allows members to pay their subscriptions and other levies over a 10 month period (admin surcharge applies).

A compulsory House Levy is issued to encourage members to utilise the Clubhouse facilities. This amount may be spent on food and beverage at the Bar or to attend various social events throughout the year. In addition to the House Levy, a Capital Levy is issued to members as a secure fund to the Club for ‘in case of emergencies’ or maintenance that requires immediate attention. Depending on the category type of membership will determine House Levy and Capital Levy amount.

Entrance fee is a one-off joining fee made payable via two options;

Option One – Pay up front in full upon joining.

The benefit of choosing this option is that the entrance fee is done and dusted within the first payment upon joining!

Option Two – Pay over a monthly instalment plan over 12, 24 or 36 months.

This is a fantastic option for those wishing to spread their entrance fee monthly up to a three year period. Please note if electing this payment option, monies will be liable for deduction regardless of membership circumstances eg; resignation from the Club occurs within the payment plan period.

Incentives and promotions are applied to entrance and subscription fees on occasion throughout the membership year, please enquire direct to find out more!
