How To Join
Thank you for your interest in joining The Western Australian Golf Club. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about membership categories, availability and our simple application process.
Membership Availability
Ladies: All categories currently available (except 6-day membership)
Men: All golfing categories are waitlisted. To join the waitlist for Lifestyle membership and future promotions, men must first join as either Clubhouse or Pending members.
All playing rights are subject to course availability

Application Process
- Apply Online or Contact Us: Apply online using the form below or contact our membership services at membership@wagolfclub.com.au
- Member Proposal: You are required to have a current playing Member propose your application. We only require their name; we will contact them on your behalf.
- Application Deposit: Once your application is submitted, we will contact you for the deposit. You will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit as follows:
• Golf Membership: $250 deposit
• Clubhouse Membership: $150 depositHowever, this would be offset against your annual subscription if you are accepted.
- Interview Process: Golf membership applicants will be contacted to organise an interview with a Member of the Board. Clubhouse membership applicants do not require an interview.
- Application Review: If there are no objections to your application, we will then continue processing your application which will take a few weeks.
- Membership Commencement: We commence memberships on the first of every month.
- Induction: Once everything is ready to proceed, you will be invited to attend an induction where we will run through the membership details with you.
Our membership team is available Monday 10:00am to 2:00pm and Tuesday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm to discuss your membership options and answer any questions.
