At The Western Australian Golf Club, we pride ourselves on creating memorable events in a truly beautiful setting. As a Member, you have the exclusive opportunity to host private functions in one of our versatile spaces, each with its own unique character.

Our dedicated Function Manager, Rebecca brings extensive experience in organising events of all sizes and styles. With her warm personality, attention to detail, and genuine care for each client, she ensures every occasion is seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable.

From weddings and milestone celebrations to corporate functions and intimate gatherings, we offer a range of rooms to suit every occasion.

All rooms are subject to a venue hire fee, which varies depending on guest numbers. Our comprehensive Function Package provides full details, including a variety of menu options tailored to your event style, ensuring your guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience.

Board Room

Ideal for meetings, presentations, and private business lunches in an intimate, professional setting.

Up to 10 guests

Balcony

An open-air space with sweeping views over the course and city skyline, perfect for cocktail functions and networking events.

Up to 80 guests

Trophy Room

A charming space surrounded by the Club’s rich history, ideal for smaller celebrations and intimate gatherings.

Up to 70 guests (50 Seated)

Cabana

A relaxed alfresco setting with a wood-fired pizza oven and stunning views – perfect for sundowners or casual gatherings.

Up to 100 guests

Main Dining Room

Elegant and spacious, accommodating up to 150 guests. This flexible space can be styled for formal sit-down dinners, vibrant cocktail functions, or opened up with a dance floor.

Booking Information

  • Function Conditions
    WAGC operates as a private club. To hold a function, you must be a current member or have sponsorship from a current member, who must attend the event as the primary contact.
  • Tentative Bookings
    Tentative bookings will be held for two (2) weeks once a proposal has been emailed by the Functions Manager. If not confirmed with a deposit and booking form within this period, the date may be released.
  • Confirmation
    A booking is confirmed once the deposit and completed booking form is received, and written confirmation is issued by the Functions Manager.
  • Final Numbers
    Final guest numbers and menu selections must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to your function. Dietary requirements should also be advised by this date.
  • Food & Beverage No outside food or beverage may be brought into the Club (with the exception of cakes approved by the Functions Manager). Menu items are subject to seasonal availability.
  • Pricing
    Final pricing is based on event requirements, including set-up, equipment, staffing and day of the week. A tailored quote will be provided once your event details are confirmed.
