Thank you for your interest in joining The Western Australian Golf Club. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about membership categories, availability and our simple application process.<\/p>\n

Membership Availability

Men’s Golf: <\/strong>All playing categories are currently full. To join the waitlist, you must first join as a Clubhouse member. Click here<\/a> for more information.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Women’s Golf:<\/strong> All categories currently available (except 6-day membership). Click here<\/a> for more information.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Junior:<\/strong> Membership is currently available. Click here<\/a> for more information.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Application Process<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Apply Online or Contact Us<\/span>: Apply online using the form below or contact our membership services at membership@wagolfclub.com.au<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Member Proposal:<\/span> You are required to have a current playing Member propose your application. We only require their name; we will contact them on your behalf.<\/li>\n
  3. Application Deposit:<\/span> Once your application is submitted, we will contact you for the deposit. You will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit as follows:\n
    \u2022 Golf Membership: $250 deposit
    \n\u2022 Clubhouse Membership: $150 deposit<\/div>\n

    However, this would be offset against your annual subscription if you are accepted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. Interview Process:<\/span> Golf membership applicants will be contacted to organise an interview with a Member of the Board. Clubhouse and Junior Development membership applicants do not require an interview.<\/li>\n
  5. Election Form:<\/strong> The a<\/strong>pplicant\u2019s name and occupation will be displayed on the Members\u2019 Election Form (both on the website and in the clubhouse) for 7 days.<\/li>\n
  6. Application Review:<\/span> If there are no objections to your application, we will then continue processing your application which will take a few weeks.<\/li>\n
  7. Membership Commencement:<\/span> We commence memberships on the first of every month.<\/li>\n
  8. Induction:<\/span> Once everything is ready to proceed, you will be invited to attend an induction where we will run through the membership details with you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Our membership team is available Monday 10:00am to 2:00pm and Tuesday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm to discuss your membership options and answer any questions.
